New homes do not often have a chimney as they tend to be warm enough. So to create a feature with an electric fire/stove, there is no need for a metal FCB kit. Regulations allow you to have wooden structure! The kit is made in wood, ready assembled into sections and takes approximately one hour to install. Made to order, timber boards are painted twice with a good quality base paint. This is a cheaper option which creates a feature for a room with a blank wall or can be built around an unwanted item in the wall. We do not offer a fitting service for this kit as most of our customers can build this themselves as it has no regulations.
